must match the drum and other components, in electrical and magnetic
qualities, to give a good image. Fortunately, there are a
variety of after-market drums and components available to modify
the cartridge, and charge-control additives and other additives
to adapt the toner for the individual cartridge type.
SubToner cartridges are the result of
years of testing and refining our "recipes" for each type of cartridge.
We build SubToner cartridges to order. That means
you're getting the freshest toner and parts available. We test everything
before it ships, and our toner technicians have to "sign" every cartridge
they make. We have a QA tag with fields for "date," "weight," "made
by" and "OKed by."
When a cartridge fails we perform an "autopsy"
to find out what we did wrong. It's an opportunity to learn to make
even better cartridges.
