Our first priority in cartridge building is image quality.  The appearance of the cartridge itself is not as important to us as the appearance of the output. We don't really care if a cartridge is scuffed and scratched, if it prints beautifully.

Everything that affects print quality is replaced, every time. Conventional cartridge remanufacturers evaluate used parts, asking, "Can this be reused?" We just replace everything. We give the used parts to a local remanufacturer so he can recycle them, but our cartridges have all new components inside a used plastic shell.

We build our cartridges to order. So you won't get a cartridge which has been on the shelf for months or years. Orders we receive by noon Eastern US time we almost always ship same day. We can usually make a cartridge for emergency overnite shipping when we get such a request by 2:30 or sometimes 3:00 pm Eastern.

We always test our cartridges before shipping, and you'll see on our QA sticker both the initials of the technician who made the cartridge and the initials of the inspector who tested and passed the cartridge.
