Hilton Images, Inc. fully guarantees its SubToner cartridges for
one full year from date of purchase, or until “Toner Low”
is indicated.
We will replace or repair any unsatisfactory cartridges, at our
discretion. If the replaced or repaired cartridges continue to be
unsatisfactory we may choose to issue a refund upon return of all
cartridges.
Cartridges less than a year old which do not deliver the expected
yield can be returned and, if not actually empty, will be repaired
and returned at no charge. We do not add toner to “Repair/Return”
cartridges.
Many problems can be handled with tech support via phone or email,
but we guarantee complete satisfaction with all SubToner products.
